Ashapuri temple is situated in the ocean. The temple of the Goddess Ashapuri is in a cave where the space requirements and points of confinement just a single devotee to go in and slither out. In the wake of rising up out of the buckle sanctuary, climb the hillock which summons a 360-degree display to see and appreciates the ocean breeze. There is a shed by the ocean which gives shade to the guests to have their nourishment and beverages. While coming back to the mainland, at the entryway which denotes the association between an island and the mainland, take the privilege going towards the lighthouse and the temple seen from Ashapuri temple. 15 minutes’ walk and you will achieve the compound of Swayambhu Shankar Temple (Lord Shiva's). From here you can see the old bedraggled lighthouse in the ocean, which is reachable by walking amid low tide as it were.
