Paras villa is located near kelwa station and is surrounded in the middle of nature's lap by tall coconut trees. It’s just 15 minutes drive from Keval beach.

We would like to mention that we provide both AC and NON AC rooms to fit in every budget. Our food is must try as we cooked in home style way and serve veg and non veg food. We also have the huge open area surrounded by tree, perfect for outdoor activities. We also have a swimming pool to relax. Come and experience a delightful holiday which is pocket-friendly as well!

- All must shower before using swimming pool. Nylon or Polyester cloth compulsory to wear for swimming pool and slide. Wear bath cap if hair is long

- Use Common bathroom or changing room after and befor swimming, don't enter in room with wet cloth

- Damaging or destroying any of the property belonging to the resort will be liable to pay compensation.

We group of 12 people many of whom are Senior Citizens had 2 nights stay at this farm house Villa. Villa was very clean and hygienic. Cozy rooms and a spacious hall. Food served was delicious mostly with Maharashtrian menu. Homely experience with lush green surroundings. A best place for senior citizens for relaxation in a peaceful environment.

We recently stayed at this beautiful villa for my Haldi ceremony with around 32-35 family members, and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The arrangements were perfect, the entire place was clean and very well maintained. The swimming pools were spotless and added so much fun to our stay. A special mention to Ganesh, the caretaker – truly one of the most friendly, supportive, and helpful people we’ve ever come across. He ensured everything went smoothly and made us feel right at home. The owner was also very cooperative and accommodating, which made the entire experience even better. Highly recommend this villa for family functions, get-togethers, or a relaxing weekend away. Thank you for making our celebration so memorable!

Situated in Kelva Road, I had amazing stay for two days at Paras villa stays. The property has amazing view, well kept and clean.The rooms are spacious and terrace view was just superbb. The staff was really helpful, joyful and polite.
