Anand Residency is a resort beautifully implemented in the middle of nature. Surrounded by lots of greenery is just walking distance away from the beach. We offer spacious rooms with outdoor dining. Our AC and Non-AC room facilitate attached bathroom and LCD TV. We serve delicious Veg and Non-Veg home-made food.

We are a great choice for corporate and family picnic since we have a big swimming pool and the large garden area which can accommodate a large number of people for fun activities. If you are planning to visit our resort with your own vehicle, then don't worry about parking. We have ample amount of parking space. Local attractions like Kelwa beach, Shitladevi temple, Fort and more...

  • Great place for a 1 day trip.The food here was great "the Maharashtrian style food appetite" all the day.A decent swimming pool makes the stay here more pleasent. Plaghar is beautiful and a simple place. Beach is not even 1 mins walking from the place enjoy your evening at the beach with the cool breeze.
